Three Generations of Service

Monroe Mechanical was formed from a sincere mission to satisfy customers and serve the community. It all began in 1954, when Bill Housh formed a team of professionals, intent on this same purpose: superior customer service, intelligent system design and state-of-the art energy saving products, guaranteed.

Since then, under the continued leadership of the Housh family, we've expanded our line of products and services to better serve you, making Monroe Mechanical the qualified source for commercial cost reduction services in the areas of heating, cooling, refrigeration, lighting, and overall building utilities in greater Cincinnati, Dayton, Columbus and across North America for our key clients.  The company is currently in its third generation, owned and operated by Will Housh (William Housh IV).
